 SAHA Institute of Nuclear Physics (SINP), under the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India is invited online applications for recruitment of  engineers, technicians and lower division clerks (LDC). Eligible candidates can apply online through the link given below and after that send application print out along with photocopy of educational documents. 

Post name and educational qualifications: 

1) Engineer ‘C’ : (2 Posts - UR) 

 Essential qualifications & Experience : 

• The candidate should be a first class (60% marks) graduate Engineer (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent) in the Electrical Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 (two) years post qualification experience in the relevant field. .

Age limit : 30 years. Relaxation of age limit, if any, will be as per GOI rules.

2) Technician ‘B’ : (10 Posts : 4 - UR, 6 - OBC) (05 posts – Electrical wiring/servicing/maintenance, 01 post – AC maintenance, AC plant operation and maintenance, 03 posts for Operation and maintenance of computer and peripherals, 01 post – Tracer / Draughtsman for drawing Office) 

Essential qualifications & Experience:  

• Minimum 60% marks in Secondary School Certificate (SSC) level. &
• ITI (1 year course certificate) with 3 (three) years relevant experience. 

                 OR 

• ITI (2 year course certificate) with 2 (two) years relevant experience. 

                 OR 

• Minimum 60% marks in HSC Exam. with minimum 60% marks in Science & Maths with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field. 

3) Lower Division Clerk : (05 Posts : 1 - VH, 4 - OBC) 

Essential Qualification / Experience 

• Graduate from a recognized University. 
• Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English corresponding to computer typing speed of 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word. 3. Certified course in computers. 

Desirable Qualification / Experience: 

• Good communication skill, both oral and written English.
• Knowledge / Experience in any standard accounting software, e.g. Tally, etc. 
• Good knowledge in Office software and its applications. 

Age limit : 25 years as on the closing date for submission of online application. Relaxation of age limit, if any, will be as per GOI rules.

Selection Procedure:

1) Engineer ‘C’ : 

• Written test 
• Interview

2) Technician ‘B’ :

• Written test 
• Trade test 

3) Lower Division Clerk :

• Written test
• Skill test

• Engineer ‘C’ :  Rs.500/-
• Technician ‘B’ & Lower Division Clerk : Rs.200/- 
• Nil for All women, SC/ST, ESM & PWD candidates.
