Satish Dhawan Space Centre, Sriharikota (SDSC SHAR), under Indian Space Research Organisation, Department of Space, Govt. of India is invited online applications for recruitment of various posts from Indian citizens. Eligible candidates can apply online through the link given below.
Post name and educational qualifications:
1) Catering Supervisor: 01 Post - SC
- Degree in Hotel Management; or Hotel Management & Catering Technology; or Hospitality & Hotel Administration; or Catering Science & Hotel Management; with One-year experience.
OR
- Diploma in Catering+3 years experience.
OR
- Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel Management + 2 years experience. The experience should be in supervisory capacity in an Industrial canteen or an established Hotel catering to more than 300 persons. Candidates should be capable of providing top grade canteen services using modern state of the art kitchen equipment. The experience should be after obtaining the relevant educational qualification.
Age limit: 18 - 35 years ( Age relaxation applicable for reserved candidates as per GOI rules)
2) Nurse-B: 07 Posts (UR-4, SC-1, OBC-1, EWS-1)
- First Class Diploma in Nursing course of not less than three years duration recognised by State/Central Government (Nursing qualification should be registered with respective State Nursing Council).
Age limit: 18 - 35 years
3) Pharmacist-A: 02 Posts (UR-1, OBC-1)
- First class Diploma in Pharmacy course of not less than two years duration from a College/Institutions recognised by State/Central Government and approved by Pharmacy Council of India.
Age limit: 18 - 35 years
4) Radiographer
-A: 04 Posts (UR-2, OBC-1, SC-1)
- First class Diploma in Radiography course of not less than two years duration from a College/Institution recognised by State/Central Government .
Age limit: 18 - 35 years
5) Lab
Technician-A: 01 Posts (ST-1)
- First class Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology course of not less than two years duration from a College/Institution recognised by State/Central Government.
Age limit: 18 - 35 years
6) Lab
Technician-A
(Dental
Hygienist): 01 Posts (OBC-1)
- First class Diploma in Dental Hygiene course of not less than two years duration from a College/Institution approved by Dental Council of India.
Age limit: 18 - 35 years
7) Assistant
(RAJBHASHA): 01 Posts (UR-1)
- Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks or CGPA of 6.32 on a 10-point scale as declared by any recognised University.
Desirable:
- Hindi Typewriting speed @ 25 words per minute on Computer.
- Proficiency in the use of Computers.
Age limit: 18 - 28 years
8) Cook: 04 Posts (UR-2, SC-1, EWS-1)
- Pass in SSLC/SSC/ Matric/10th Std.
- 05 Years experience as Cook in a well established Hotel /Canteen.
9) Light Vehicle
Driver ‘A’: 13 (UR-7, OBC-3, SC-1, ST-1, EWS-1)
- Pass in SSLC/SSC/ Matric/10thStd.
- 3 Years experience, as Light Vehicle Driver.
- Must possess valid LVD license.
Age limit: 18 - 35 years
10) Heavy
Vehicle
Driver ‘A’: 14 (UR-7, OBC-3, SC-2, ST-1, EWS-1)
- Pass in SSLC/SSC / Matric/10th Std.
- 5 Years experience, out of which minimum 3 years as Heavy Vehicle Driver and the balance period driving experience of light motor vehicle.
- Must possess HVD license and Public Service Badge, if statutory.
Age limit: 18 - 35 years
11) Fireman
‘A’: 08 (UR-4, OBC-2, ST-1, EWS-1)
- Pass in SSLC/SSC / Matric/10th Std.
- Should satisfy the prescribed Physical fitness standards and Endurance Test standards.
Age limit: 18 - 25 years
Application fee: Rs.750/- for All candidates.

- Physical Endurance Test (PET) & Physical Measurement test (for Fireman only)
